Contracting parties
These terms and conditions govern the contract between Cozy Ambience (Corporate office #171, Panduranga Nagar, 1st Cross, Off Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru-560076, Karnataka, India.) and you, the guest.
Check-In, Availability
We count time of Check in when you arrived in COZY AMBIENCE. Desired availability of accommodation may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
Check Out
The guest needs to inform us one day in advance prior to the checkout.
GUEST STAYING
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID should be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guests will not be allowed to check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of the extra mattresses. Breakfast charges may be applicable to the child.
Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
Pets are allowed in the hotel premises. (condition apply as the guest should take all responsibility of loss, food, and cleanness)
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to act against the guest.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
No Smoking Policy. We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean and discourage smoking in the rooms.
In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help.
Total Tariff is the suggestive price at which rooms are available in the nearby locality /cluster / other online websites and does not necessarily represent the price of this hotel. The discount shown is with reference to suggestive price.
Couples are welcome. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.
Hotels may deny check-in to guests providing ID proof of the same city (if required to do so) as the hotel itself.
Hotels may deny entry of visitors to rooms. Please confirm with the hotel before inviting visitors to the rooms.
BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability. Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and amendments must be made via mail at cozyambience2014@gmail.com.
We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. Our standard check-in time is 12 noon and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings canceled within 10 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
In case of no show, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation On the date of check-in
In case you decide to cancel a booking after check-in time, charges for the first two nights or the complete booking amount, whichever is lower, shall be deducted.
Mid Stay Cancellations
In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation. Money for the remaining nights will be refunded.
For bookings of 4 or more rooms –
You need to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking for 4 or more rooms.

On the date of check-in
In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable to the booking.
Mid Stay Cancellation
In case you decide to shorten your booking for 4 or more rooms posts the check-in date, no refund is applicable to the booking.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also call us on +9620482288 0r +91 8042241888 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days.
PAYMENT POLICY
For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests should settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. The hotel will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to the settlement of the outstanding amount.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Sunrise Check-in (Guaranteed Early Check-in)
Some of our hotels provide guaranteed early check-in 6 AM onwards of check-in date. Most of these hotels provide this free of cost while some charge a nominal amount (up to 30% of average tariff).

Late Check-out (subject to availability) –
Our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, latest by 2:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:

DRINKING IN HOTEL ROOMS
Guests can be allowed to drink alcohol, they should provide their purchase order/bill & tax receipt if required. Please note: we do not sell any alcohol.
RESTRICTION
Gambling in Hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. If guests found in such activity will be prosecuted.
Restriction for groups stay, like 1 girl with 2 men or more men, if they are not in the same blood relationship are prohibited. We will be denied/canceled reservation and the amount should not be refunded.

Any unlawful activity, the event found involving by guests in our hotel premises will be prosecuted.
Booking Information
For Booking Information call COZY AMBIENCE on +91 9686204208, or +91 8105035980. Our reservations team is available to take your booking Monday – Saturday 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. You will be asked to secure your booking with either a credit or debit card or online transfer to our bank account beneficiaries “Cozy Ambience” in addition to a deposit. Please note all deposits are refundable but bank transfer charges are applicable. The refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
Car Parking
Car parking is free but there is limited availability and this facility is provided at the customer’s risk. For further information on parking availability please contact us.
House Keeping & Cleaning
Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment is booked on a self-catering basis. The flat cleaning & moping will take place every day and changes of linen and towel will take place every after three days. Please note cloth washing and laundry services will not include in the rent. The apartments are to be left in a clean and tidy manner, failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge of 450/- Rs and this amount will be charged to the credit/debit card provided or with your bill.
We are able to provide the extra bed with bed linen and towels by prior arrangement but an additional charge will apply.
Lost Keys
A charge of 1500/- Rs. will be made for any lost keys.
Complaints and Comments
Any complaint or comment regarding your stay should be made to our office. Please kindly note complaints are more easily resolved while you are still in the property.

Damages
COZY AMBIENCE reserves the right to invoice you for any theft of or damage caused to hotel property during your stay. We will provide you with a full breakdown of such charges which may include an administrative fee to recover our costs.
We also reserve the right to cancel any booking should you or any members of your party create a serious disturbance to any other guests or adjoining neighbors.
General Information
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the information should we find such alterations necessary.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during the stay, please bring it to the attention of the management so as to enable us to initiate corrective measures during the period of your stay.
Any illegal business, unlawful movement is strictly prohibited. Person(s) found in involving unlawful activities will be prosecuted as per civil & criminal law.
Cozy Ambience excludes all loss of valuables and damage to property and any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by you, other than death or personal injury resulting from a negligent act or omission by Cozy Ambience, its officers, or employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Occupancy
The apartment is to be occupied only by the persons detailed on the booking form. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if it is found that there are persons occupying the apartment who are not included on the booking form and reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances, we also reserve the right to retain the damage deposit and there will be no refund for unused days.
In the event of any complaints of noise or disrespect and damage to the property, we reserve the right to require guests to vacate the premises with immediate effect, and with no compensation for unused days.
We reserve the right to decline any bookings where we have reason to believe that the customer will not use the apartment responsibly. This could include behavior contrary to good morals and public order.
Pricing
Tariffs are referred to page Rooms &Tariffs. Prices are subject to change without notice, however, your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation.
Security Statement
For online booking, your debit/credit card and booking details are taken through an SSL secure browser connection by the third party to whom we registered and the information is directly encrypted.
Privacy Statement
For us, privacy for our valued customers is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual. The information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc. is used only for the internal purpose and not for sale.
Your contact information is stored in our database and is only used to contact you during the course of your travel with us for sharing the status of your travel bookings with us and then after for the announcement of our latest deals and news etc. We at Cozy Corner condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or discloser of the personal information of the customer and we have strict guidelines and high-security features to prevent the same.
Any changes in our ‘Privacy Policy’ will be posted here on the website. Should the customer require any further information on our ‘Privacy Policy’ please send us an email with ‘Privacy Policy’ written in the subject field? We will ensure a reply to the reasonable queries at our earliest possible time.
